06. Morning Alignment Meditation

This meditation starts your day off right in alignment with all that is in your highest and greatest good. If morning time is challenging you, for whatever the reason, use this to welcome yourself into the day and ease into your body and the present moment.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to align with all that is in your highest and greatest good. Today is a good day.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
    • In bed when you wake up.

Perform this meditation 1x/day in the morning, for the next 4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
