06. Liver Rejuvenation Walking Meditation

This meditation is from the Liver Rescue Medical Medium book (p. 426-427), written by Anthony William and works to enhance circulation within your liver and new cell growth. This is particularly helpful during the 3 months leading up to every 3rd birthday when your liver cells are in a renewal phase. However, it still may be done at other times to receive benefit.

We have decided to make our own version of these meditations while including a specific Biofield Tuning Recording in the background to support and enhance the power of each meditation. These meditations are truly special experiences wherever you engage with them, enjoy!

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to rejuvenate and enhance circulation and new cell growth within my liver to support all that is in my highest and greatest good to resonate health.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • While walking, preferably out in nature.

 

Meditation Instructions: 

  • Go for a walk at whatever pace or distance feels comfortable for you.
  • As you breathe during your walk, imagine the oxygen going directly into your liver cells, saturating them and rejuvenating your liver.
  • If you are unable to walk, you may ask the Angels of Order from the Disease Reversal Meditation for rejuvenation of your liver cells.

 

Perform this walking meditation 2-3x/day for the next 3-5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • Walk for as little as 30 seconds if that’s all you can do or for as long as you desire.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to listen to and use this meditation.
