03. Healing Vegetables

Gotta have your veggies!

Ideally, you would have a large salad at least once a day full of them. When switching to a diet more focused on fruits and vegetables it's important to make sure you get an ample volume of these foods to supply enough energy (glucose) for your cells. Critical clean carbohydrates in the form potatoes, sweet potatoes, squashes, coconut water and fruit should be plentiful and substantially more than the average modern human consumes.

To resonate health and your best self, make it your mission to focus on increasing your vegetable consumption. Generally, it is best to aim for at least 7-8 servings/day where 1 serving =1/2 cup of either raw or cooked vegetables.

 

Browse the following vegetables(1-10, 11-17) below, or use your testing technique to determine which ones are priority for you.  Implement at least one new healing veggie in the next 1-3 days and maintain that adjustment for at least 2 weeks. *Unless directed otherwise
