
In order to heal and resonate health, leafy greens are a vital aspect of your dietary lifestyle and program. It is recommended to have a minimum of 2.5 cups/day where some individuals may need as much as 1 lb/day to genuinely heal.
Leafy greens can act like a broom within your intestinal tract to sweep out gunk and debris. Some are more gentler than others such as butter lettuce, spinach and softer greens.
If you have trouble tolerating greens start with those before trying more abrasive ones like kale or frisee. Sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming to chew. If so, feel free to put them in the food processor or blender!
Browse the following leafy greens 1-12 or use your testing technique to determine which ones are priority for you. Implement at least one new healing leafy green in the next 1-3 days and maintain that adjustment for at least 2 weeks. *Unless directed otherwise
