Unfortunately, fruit has gotten a bad rap recently with claims that there is too much sugar in it. This couldn't be further from reality as the sugar in fruit, which is in combination with all its amazing nutrients, is naturally designed to ideally support our cells.

Ideally, you would primarily have fruit in the morning and then as snacks totaling at least 6 servings per day where 1 serving= 1 piece or 1 cup of fruit. To resonate health and your best self, make it your mission to focus on increasing your fruit consumption.
Browse the following fruits (1-10, 11-20, 21-25) below or use your testing technique to determine which ones are priority for you. Implement at least one new healing fruit in the next 1-3 days and maintain that adjustment for at least 2 weeks. *Unless directed otherwise
