03. Cutting The Ties That Bind (CTTTB) Nutrition Focused Meditation

This Cutting The Ties That Bind Meditation guides you through removal of negative and toxic ties from any food, beverage, additive or substance, so you may detox and restore your body in alignment with your true self.

Whether you are able to acknowledge any food, beverage or additive that negatively controls or impacts or not, this meditation supports you in identifying and cutting permanently from all negative influences. Any positive or unconditional love that may exist between you may never be broken, this serves to sever only the negative and unhealthy ties that are toxic to you.

There are 3 steps to this process, with a meditation to guide you through each phase.

In total the process takes ~1-2 weeks. 

Please review each step of this meditation process carefully before starting. Once initiated it is highly recommended to fully complete the process. Use alarm reminders if you might forget. 

 

 

Final Steps to complete WITHIN 24 HOURS after you complete the Final Meditation:

  • Write a letter to the food, beverage, additive or substance you cut from. Use the suggested outline below and add or adapt as desired.
    • "Dear (Your food, beverage, additive or substance),
      I have made the cut of negativity that we shared and I am now free to live my life guided only by my Higher Consciousness. 
      Love and Blessings, (Your name) "
  • Burn this letter and pat down the ashes until every last piece of the paper is gone.

 

Initiate this meditation process within the next 3-4 days, completing it as guided in each step above. After you complete the entire process once, perform as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine if you need another round to cut from something else.
    • Refer to the Resonate Health Meditation Tips to optimize your experience.
Important Tips:
  • If a new item came to you in the meditation, make it a priority to eat or drink the new item within 3 days. If no item was clear to you browse the Nutritional Practices in the Master Guide, to spark your awareness.
    • Also be open to receiving awareness of the foods and beverages that will support you in your life. Perhaps a friend will offer you a new recipe or you notice a new juice place near your house. Synchronicities may lead you directly to what you need.
  • After you complete the final cut and burn the letter, it takes ~ 3 days for processing and integration. DO NOT talk to anyone about this experience until you are out of this integration window. Your body and psyche need this time to fully integrate and process this, it's best to keep outside influences and opinions out of this process.
  • You don’t have to tell anyone or the person that you did this process.
  • Use your journal to reflect on any changes in yourself or your relationship with the nutritional item you cut from.
