07. Connect and Share Meditation

This healing meditation guides you to connect to a part of yourself, an inner child or younger aspect of yourself, so you may share information or knowledge of some kind. This may be something new to you or you may have previous experience with this type of inner work.

Connecting and sharing in this way gets all parts and versions of yourself on the same page and increases your full self awareness. Remain curious as to the role this part of you may play in you realizing your intentions or potentially is resisting something in life. This part of you may be communicating to you through your body, your reactions, thoughts, state of being, etc.

The priority in this meditation is to share. To share what you know and have learned in life with a part of you that may not know the version of you now. You know many things now that you did not know when you were young, or even more than just 1, 3, 5, or 10 years ago. You are different now. Sharing this reconnects you, builds trust within yourself and realigns your energy to the deeper truth within you.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to connect and share with the aspect or part of me that is in my highest and greatest good at this time so I may reclaim my power and resonate health.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-3x/day for the next 4 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
