15. Loosening Liver Fat Cells Morning Meditation

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to loosen the fat cells within my liver to clear them so I may support all that is in my highest and greatest good to resonate health.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • In your bed or a comfortable surface on the floor.

 

Meditation Instructions: 

  • Lying on your back, carefully bend your right leg bringing your right knee towards your chest. If you are unable to fully bend your knee just bend to the amount that feels comfortable for you. If you can’t move at all just imagine it.  Hold this position for 30 seconds.
  • Straighten your knee as you lay flat for 30 seconds.
  • Then bend your left knee and pull it towards your chest for another 30 seconds followed by laying flat for 30 seconds. 
  • Perform for a total of 4 cycles on each side. 
  • Laying flat, interlock your fingers and rest them over your liver (right side of your lower rib cage).
  • Imagine that your hands are magnets or suctions, loosening up and drawing up fat cells from the organ. Envision an energy cord traveling from your liver upward to your hands as if your hands have a gravitational force to pull out fat cells. 
  • Your hands help to free stagnant energy and particles trapped inside your liver.
  • Now return to the leg pumps doing another 4 sequences on each side, alternating so you do a total of 8 pumps. Always do 30 seconds of laying flat between each repetition. 
  • Perform another 10 minutes of laying flat continuing to draw up any stuck energy or fat particles from your liver. 
  • Complete this practice with 4 more leg pump sequences.

 

Perform 1x/day in the morning for the next 5 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed
