01. Setting Your Intention

Optimized intentions, set in resonant energy, create magic!

  • Your intention is an energetic foundation and imprint that exists in the background while you are actually in the experience of the present moment.
  • Your intention provides a framework and relative boundary for any experience.
  • Your intentions affect the mundane moments like brushing your teeth into the big moments and celebrations of your life like a wedding, birth or death.

If you forget or don’t set a conscious intention, you choose to let your subconscious autopilot patterns create the intention and the lens in which you perceive your experience.

  • Unless your subconscious is explored and cleared of limiting beliefs, pain and trauma, these patterns are projected out and can block you from realizing your authentic truth and true intentions.
How to set your intention
  • Keep it specific and related to what you want and where you desire to focus your energy.
  • Start your intention with any of the following phrases:
    • "I am.."
    • "I feel.."
    • "I do.."
    • "I love.."
    • "I speak.."
    • "I see.."
    • "I know.."
  • Complete your intention with the phrase: "So be it and so it is" to powerfully speak your intention into existence.
  • Set your intention as if what you are saying is already true in the present time by using the present tense, as if it already exists that way.
    • Refrain from using future tense words. Instead of saying: “I will heal.” Say: “I am healed.”
  • Eliminate all ‘negatives' including; no, not, don’t, won’t, isn't, can’t, etc.
    • Your subconscious mind may have difficulty recognizing the "negatives" of language.
    • Use words that focus on what you want rather than what you don't want. For example "I feel comfort" vs "I have no pain."
  • Embrace the emotion of how it would feel to have your intention actually be your current experience, imagine what it would feel like and let that sensation rise within you.
  • Repeat and remind yourself of your intention often.
