02. Sacred Safe Space Meditation

This meditation guides you to your safe sacred space so you can relax, explore and rejuvenate yourself on all levels of your being. You may be familiar with a type of sacred space or this may be new to you.

Your sacred safe space is a place that only opens to you and your unique DNA blueprint. It allows in only the energies of your highest and greatest good and is a place that is secure for you to unfold and release yourself into freedom.

You are truly limitless in your space. You may explore this space and may even bring aspects, parts or inner children versions of yourself to this place for safety, to play and to be free. You may utilize your safe sacred space however it feels best to do so. Go here to relax, rest, receive knowledge, connect with guides and angels and ask questions to higher consciousness. Whatever you want or can think of, your sacred safe place is a perfect area for all healing needs.

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to go to my safe sacred space for support, wisdom, guidance, healing and to receive all that is in my greatest good at this time.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.

Perform this meditation 1-2x/day for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • As you become familiar with this meditation process you have the option of performing it independently without audio guidance.
