  • You may utilize any of these versions whenever you may need them to calm down or if you feel overwhelmed. 
  • You may also utilize them to get in sync with your body and wake it up in a rhythmic way.

Perform your chosen method of rocking every 1-2 days for the next 1-2 weeks, or more as desired. *Unless otherwise advised
