13. Resource to Give

Sometimes we want to help someone or a situation in which you have absolutely no control over. In these cases there is really nothing you can do. 

A typical reaction to this is to worry or be upset for the people or situation. Although this may be a normal reaction it is time to bring awareness to this type of energy and the accompanying vibration being sent to who or what you are concerned about.

 

When you hold or ruminate on to any type of dissonant energy such as worry or fear, you begin to resonate or vibrate with that frequency. 

When you are holding or resonating with a certain frequency, like worry, and have someone or a situation in your thoughts, you are unintentionally sending that type of energy to that person or situation. 

This can actually feed into the incoherent resonance, heaviness and polarizing aspects for the person or situation. This may enhance the poor patterns and energy of the experience, when in reality you are only trying to help to wish to help from afar. 

 

Not only does this send poor energy out, it also drains your energy within by harboring and holding such vibrational patterns. Your overall resonance drops which causes you to shift out of alignment which has profound effects on your health and ability to be your true self. 

The great thing is you have the power to transform this dissonant energy into more coherent energy and send this to the person or situation instead. In this way, you transform the resonance which allows the person or situation to receive supportive energy which may help to optimize the experience for all involved.

When you hold or repeat any type of coherent energy such as unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, you begin to resonate or vibrate with that frequency and can send that energy intentionally to whomever you wish to support from afar. 

Instructions:

  1. Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes if you want to and it is safe to do so. 
  2. Set your intention. Use this or adapt to make your own: “I set the intention to connect to universal source energy (or whatever you want to call this) and send this energy to ___(insert the specific person and/or situation) so they may receive whatever they need to optimize the experience for them and all involved.” 
  3. Bring the specific person and/or situation into your awareness. Visual them, bring them into your thoughts and sense them. Put all of your attention on this person and situation. 
  4. If emotions naturally arise, you may choose to feel and process them to the percentage that feels comfortable. Take your time and acknowledge all that you need to. Let yourself make sounds, cry and express what feels right if you need to. 
  5. When you are able to bring your attention to the person and situation and remain in a more neutral space you are ready to resource and send this supportive energy to those in your intention. 
  6. Bring your attention to the space above your head and connect with universal source energy*, or pure unconditional love that comes down from an infinite space above.
  7. Call it in from above as you breathe and let this energy begin to enter your body and build within your heart center. 
  8. Breathe with your heart and sense your connection to this energy becoming stronger until it feels very steady and your heart feels full.  You may feel gratitude, love, a change in your body temperature or some other sensation. 
  9. When you feel a strong sense of this energy in your heart, you are ready to direct this energy outward, sending it to those in your intention. 
  10. Send this energy out through your heart space to the specific person and situation you chose in your intention. Breathe sending this energy from this pure source, out to them.
  11. Visual, sense or feel this energy being directed to the person or situation, as you send them whatever energy they need to support them right now. Send this energy to support all that is in their highest and greatest good, whether you know what that is or not.
  12. Continue to breathe, sending this energy out, until it feels they have received all that they need right now. 
  13. Complete for ~1-3 minutes or more until you feel complete.

Perform this ~2-3x/day for the next 2 days, and then as often as desired. 

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform.
Tips for this technique:
  • If the person or situation is non-receptive to support, they may have a block up to letting this energy in. It is important to release all expectations or attachments to the outcome of this technique and instead choose to send the energy out of unconditional love rather than to fix or solve the situation. We all heal in our own time. Use this technique to send love and support when it comes to accepting this reality. 
  • This practice actually enhances your energy, without any type of depletion or effort on your end because the energy you are sending out is from an infinite supply of pure source energy, it's not coming from you.
