07. Rebounding

Rebounding or bouncing is a fantastic form of movement and exercise that you can have fun with at any level of fitness and health. It supports many health benefits and is a great way to provide crucial movement that the body needs to resonate health. 

If you don’t have a trampoline (mini or large) you may do bouncing movements on soft surfaces or purchase one for yourself to support your health.

The Medical Medium has comment about the power of rebounding and the importance of keeping your feet in contact with the trampoline the entire time. You'll see that technique in the video below - they call it the "health bounce."

  • Look for the size and the weight limit to select the best option for you. 
  • Some use bungees and some use springs. This may effect the feel, texture and sound of the rebounder.
