Use your preferred testing technique to move through the following steps and identify the flower essence(s) that best support you right now.
1. Determine How Many Essences You Need
Test to see how many flower essences currently support your highest good.
Ask:
• Do I need 1 essence?
• 2?
• 3?
Continue until you receive a clear “yes” for a specific number.
2. Identify Which Section the Essence Is In
Next, determine which group of flower essences your body is responding to.
Test through the sections:
• 1–10
• 11–20
• 21–30
• 31–38
Once you receive a “yes” for a section, narrow it down further.
Example:
If you receive a yes for 11–20, test smaller ranges such as 11–15 or 16–20, then test each number individually until you identify the exact flower essence.
Repeat this process until you have identified the total number of essences you tested for in Step 1.
3. Determine Frequency and Duration
Next, test how often your system would like to work with the selected essence(s).

4. Determine How to Use Your Essences
Finally, test the method that best supports you.
