05. Essential Oils

Essential oils are potent substances, each with unique healing and medicinal properties with  subtle energetic rebalancing effects that work within all levels of your being.

Smell and the use of aromatherapy is powerful for healing and can be utilized in many ways. The olfactory nerve and tract which conduct the sensory smell information directly to the brain, connect to areas that control emotions, memory and awareness of time and space.

You may be naturally draw to an essential oil and already but working with it. Ideally use a testing technique throughout this process.

Instructions:

  1. Determine why you are using and working with essential oils. Set your intention and identify the issue or sensation you want to clear. It may be a specific emotion, physical sensation, health issue, stressor and/or trigger you want to address.
  2.  Determine the oil(s) you need by using this A-Z list of essential oils. There are hundreds of oils out there especially if you include all the potential blends. When using your testing technique go by letter to narrow it down.

    1. Diffused, sprayed, smelled
