11. Court of Atonement

The Court of Atonement (developed by Amy Jo Ellis) is a spiritual healing modality based on the principle that your Soul is much more expansive than your human experience is and can be in many places at once.

Even when you are in conflict with others in your everyday life, your soul remains neutral, free of negative emotions, attachments and unbothered by the human condition.

By using a Full Court of Atonement, you are requesting that the souls in conflict meet in a sacred space and discuss the problems between them. Once they understand why things happen, reconciliation may occur providing body, heart and mind relief. Prior stressors activating your nervous system will alleviate and no longer trigger you.

Instructions:

1. State your name.

    • It is mandatory to state your name to appropriately initiate and direct a Full Court of Atonement. Without using the name, you will not be able to access the technique.

2. Use the words “Full Court of Atonement!”

    • Your soul and associated souls need clarity for what you are requesting and will not assume what you want. Therefore, you must state the words “Full Court of Atonement” each time you intend to use it.

3. Name the Target.

    • The target is who or what you want to resolve. Which individuals or situation do you want to address?  For any person you intend to work with and use as much of their name as you can.
    • If you do not know their name, describe your connection to the person just as you would describe them to a friend.
      • “I bring in the person who hit me with their car.”
      • “The guy who cut me off.”
      • “The doctor who was unable to help me”
    • If you have a photo of the person, look at the photo while you make the statement. (a photo is the strongest connection besides directly looking right at them).  Social media can give you access to photos of people!

4. State what you are asking for.

    • “I ask to resolve all conflicts between us for the purpose of _______(request desired outcome). Request your desired outcome in the most positive wording you can muster.
      • “I ask to have our timelines analyzed and all conflicts between us be corrected.”
      • “I ask to create compatibility and camaraderie between us.”
      • “I ask for divine intervention, and divine right actions for the best possible outcome ask us to make amends.”
      • “I ask for a positive resolution of this situation.”

5. Ask for amenable dissolution of this energy to support an agreeable conclusion at the Soul level.
