01. Altar Space Creation

An altar space is a sacred zone that you create. It is where you set intentions, reaffirm what you are working on and come into the present moment.

An altar is an intentional space where everything that is here is placed for a specific reason. Your altar can hold various items but they all should evoke a strong deep connection for why they are there. The items may provide inspiration, love, groundedness and are there to align you with your deeper truth.

When you come to your alter space, you come into the present moment. You start to recognize your connection to all that is and center yourself with what is true, real and resonant for you.

Here is a list of items that may be used to create your altar but this space is truly unlimited and is all about you!
