13. Waggle Spot

This technique helps with motor control of your tongue as well as helping your body and brain connect with the relationship between the midline and two sides of your head.

Start Position on the Spot

Instructions:

  1. Place the tip of your tongue on the spot (just above and behind your front upper teeth).
  2. Then move to one corner of your lip, then back to the spot, then to the other corner of your lip and back to the spot. 
  3. Hold 7 seconds on each position.
  4. Complete 5x each side, 1-3 sets.

Perform 2-3x/day. *Unless otherwise directed
