14. Strengthening Your Liver’s Immune System Morning Meditation by Medical Medium

Preparation Recommendations
  • Set your Intention. Use this or adapt to create your own:
    • “I set the intention to strengthen my liver's immune system to support my greatest good and health.”
    • State your intention out loud and write it down or in your journal to increase the power of this meditation.
  • Location 
    • A quiet and safe space where you will be undisturbed is ideal.
  • Equipment needed
    • Timer
  • Timing
    • Best performed in the morning between waking up and noon.
  • Position
    • If you can, perform this starting out on your stomach which you will then flip to laying on your back. If this is not comfortable for you then perform on your side.

 

Meditation Instructions

  • Lying on your stomach imagine breathing in and out amethyst or violet light into your liver from your back. Use your regular breathing pattern and do not take big breaths. Perform this for 5 minutes (set a timer).
  • Flip over so you are lying on your back and imagine breathing in and out amethyst or violet light into your liver from the front of your body. Use your regular breathing pattern and do not take big breaths. Perform this for 5 minutes (set a timer).
  • Flip over again so you are laying on your stomach and perform another 5 minutes of breathing the amethyst/violet light from your back.
  • Flip over again so you are laying on your back and perform another 5 minutes of breathing the amethyst/violet light from your front.

 

Perform this meditation 1x/day in the morning for the next 3 days, and then as often as desired. *Unless otherwise directed

    • Perform for a total of 20 minutes.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this meditation.
