07. Right Throat Biofield Tuning Masculine – Feminine Balancing

This recording uses biofield tuning, with the intention to vibrationally balance you and your energy field as it relates to the polarized masculine and feminine energetic patterns of your right throat energy center/chakra.

Balancing these poles of energy, the Divine Masculine and Feminine, restores neutrality and allows you to work with all aspects of energy, while deepening your sense of Self and integrated wholeness.

Themes of the right throat energy center/chakra:

  • When out of balance:
      • Speaking but not being really heard or listened to
      • Not feeling seen or being seen for who you really are
      • Feeling known or unknown anger for not being heard
      • Challenge with communicating and speaking your truth to yourself and to others
      • Feeling a sense of blocked inspiration
      • Repression or suppression, holding or choking back what you would like to express
  • When in balance:
      • Able to speak your truth and express all that you are
      • Experiencing a natural flow of inspiration and creative expression
      • Able to healthily communicate with yourself and others

 

While listening:
  • Focus on what you are noticing and sensing in and around your body, instead of straining to hear.
    • This audio uses a variety of tuning forks. You may hear some frequencies more easily than others.
  • Breathe, knowing you are naturally clearing, aligning and optimizing your energy.
  • Move around and make sounds if that feels natural.

 

 

To optimize your experience:
  • Listen to this recording: 1-3x/day for the next 1-3 days. *Unless otherwise directed.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to listen to this biofield tuning.
  • Drink at least 8 oz (1 cup) of water before and after listening.
