01. Right Occiput Sense

Feeling and sensing the back of your right head at the occiput is a simple technique that has positive and profound effects on your ability to resonate health and Be your true self. 

Sensing this area supports postural alignment through your head, neck and body and gives a new sense of stability to the skull that helps with breathing, jaw alignment and nervous system regulation. 

A new way of feeling, being and expressing yourself may arise when simply sensing the back lower right side of your head and the muscles that attach there in a variety of positions that your head moves throughout your day.

Instructions: 

  1. Place 1-3 fingers on your right occiput as shown in the photo, with light to moderate pressure. 
  2. Slightly rotate your head to the right, leaving your fingers in place, so head your presses into your fingers with a little more force. 
  3. Inhale in through your nose and exhale out through pursed lips.
  4. Hold this light to moderate pressure for 8 - 35 sec or more as desired. Repeat 3-4x.

Perform 1-2x/day for the next 3-4 days. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform.
  • Try performing this is a variety of position and postures throughout your day.
