05. Fear Reference List

 

Fear takes you out of your heart, truth and resonance. When you live in fear or with fears, whether you are consciously aware of it or not, it can block the wisdom that lives in your heart. 

Below are lists of fears or “seeds of negativity” (“seeds of darkness”) to reflect on. How are your fears holding you back in life?

Fears typically do not stand alone and have negative or toxic effects that come to light as you stay curious and explore the shadows of your fear.

 

Here there are a total of 68 fears, divided into 7 sections:

  1. 1-10,
  2. 11-20,
  3. 21-30,
  4. 31-40,
  5. 41-50,
  6. 51-60,
  7. 61-68, and maybe it is something else that is not listed here.
  • As you review the potential fears, notice if you are drawn to any or if any pop out at you.
  • You may feel some resistance towards a fear that a part of you desires to be free from and another part doesn't want to admit or look at. Either way is okay. 
  • Place the fear(s) you want to focus on as the priority in your intention, then reflect in your journal or/and perform a related Master Guide item linked below.
  • Fears are purposefully listed randomly to reduce subconscious bias when testing.
