04. Prayers Self-Reflection

Do you harness the powerful energy of prayer?

Praying is similar to setting your intention where you are focusing your energy and attention on something specific. With prayer you are asking for divine assistance with the manifestation of your intention.

Key Points:

  • A genuine neutral and open heart space is required to establish a true unbiased prayer.
  • All your prayers will eventually be answered either in this lifetime or after.
  • Prayers require patience as the timing may not always be immediate.
  • Your faith in your prayer being answered increases the power of your prayer.
  • Your prayer can be sent into the universe via the elements such as:
    • Providing an offering to the earth with your prayer
    • Write your prayer on a piece of paper and burn the paper

Browse the following options or use your testing technique to determine the best prayer option for you right now.

Options to pray to:

  • Archangels: These are typically the most popular Angels people pray to such as Michael, Gabriel or Raphael. These angels are powerful but they are also very busy making it challenging for them to answer all prayers directed towards them. Therefore, it is suggested to consider working with the other types of Angels listed below who can be just as effective and maybe more.
  • Guardian Angels: There isn’t one to match every person on this planet. Some people need more than they have. This is why asking other types of angelic support can be so helpful. Crossed over loved ones can take the place of your guardian angels. You can also have living guardian angels in your life including your pets. At one point in your life you have had one around you.

  • You don’t have to do or change anything, just remain curious about yourself as you reflect on your relationship with prayer.
  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 4 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this reflection technique.

Prayer self-reflection prompts:
  • Who do you pray to?
  • How do you typically pray?
  • What do you typically pray for?
  • Do you see potential to integrate more prayer into your healing journey? If so, who would you like to work with and what would you like to ask for?

If you identify potential for any new or modified use of prayer in your life it is suggested you refer to the Prayers Practice for integrating it.
