07. Left Throat Biofield Tuning Masculine – Feminine Balancing

This recording uses biofield tuning, with the intention to vibrationally balance you and your energy field as it relates to the polarized masculine and feminine energetic patterns of your left throat energy center/chakra.

Balancing these poles of energy, the Divine Masculine and Feminine, restores neutrality and allows you to work with all aspects of energy, while deepening your sense of Self and integrated wholeness.

Themes of the left throat:

  • When out of balance:
      • Challenge with communicating and speaking your truth to yourself and to others
      • Feeling a sense of blocked inspiration
      • Repression or suppression, holding or choking back what you would like to express
      • Known or unknown unexpressed self and/or emotions, like sadness
      • Experiencing teeth or jaw clenching and/or feeling blocked in your throat
  • When in balance:
      • Able to speak your truth and express yourself and all that you are
      • Experiencing a natural flow of inspiration and creative expression
      • Able to healthily communicate with yourself and others

 

While listening:
  • Focus on what you are noticing and sensing in and around your body, instead of straining to hear.
    • This audio uses a variety of tuning forks. You may hear some frequencies more easily than others.
  • Breathe, knowing you are naturally clearing, aligning and optimizing your energy.
  • Move around and make sounds if that feels natural.

 

 

To optimize your experience:
  • Listen to this recording: 2-3x/day for the next 1-3 days. *Unless otherwise directed.
    • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to listen to this biofield tuning.
