04. Left Gaze

This technique helps to integrate your left gaze with your head, neck and body postural control. Due to the asymmetrical nature of the human body, you will be emphasizing the left gaze to help balance your postural system.

This may be performed laying down (least demanding), sitting or standing (more demanding). At the highest level, you can perform it in a staggered stance position or standing on one leg. Depending on your tolerance, you will have to adjust the degree of gaze or duration to what is tolerable for you and gradually increase. It is important that you do not feel more than a mild amount of discomfort.
