08. Food and Beliefs Self-Reflection

Understanding the beliefs you have around food brings clarity to your healing journey through foods and their nourishment. Your beliefs about particular foods create a frequency that either allows them in, so you may receive them, or blocks them out so they don't come into your life.

These beliefs can be conscious, like you knowing you don't like a certain food because you have tried it multiple times. You knowingly choose not to eat it. Beliefs around food may also be unconscious, meaning you don't have knowledge of why you have decided not to like or try something. You unknowingly block foods from entering your awareness.

Staying curious about your beliefs gives you a chance to clear unknown or untrue beliefs that have been controlling how you eat and what you choose to eat.

This self-reflection exercise is designed to identify your particular beliefs around food and whether they are serving you in your greatest and highest good and health. Approach this exercise with honesty, curiosity and without judgment. You are ultimately doing this to serve your health!
