16. Clam Shell Cloak

The clam shell cloak can be very important for you to really protect yourself from any outside or external forces, influences or entities. The clam shell is like a cloak of invisibility. The outer shell of the clam is what provides this protection to the soft vulnerable insides.

When you put yourself inside of a clam you're providing ultimate protection and safety to your entire being. You become invisible and energetically untouchable.

You may use this in times when you feel vulnerable, want to block out external influences or protect yourself in some way.

Instructions:

  1. When you want to call upon the clam shell for protection and invisibility assume a comfortable position and close your eyes if you want and if it is safe to do so.
  2. Imagine and invite in a clam shell to fully encompass you and your energy field. Intend for the clam shell’s size to be a perfect fit for you so it envelopes you with enough space for you to feel completely comfortable inside.
    • You may imagine a very large clam shell if you feel uncomfortable with close tight spaces.
    • You and your entire field are protected and you have enough space to easily breathe, move and be comfortable.
  3. Breathe as you continue to call in and experience this clam shell surrounding you.
  4. Notice what color it is, how big it is and the feeling it provides when it encompasses you.
    • You may notice a sense of relief, like you have an extra layer of protection around you and you may breathe with more ease. Tune into what you notice and how you sense your clam shell.
  5. Continue to breathe with the clam shell until you feel completely supported and inside the shell fully. Sense the protection it provides and the invisibility it gives you to avoid any unwanted interactions or energies.
  6. Check in with the clam shell periodically while it is in use. You may need to reinforce the clam shell sensation to strengthen its protection.
  7. **Important final step: When you are done with whatever experience you used the clam shell for, remove yourself from the shell. It is extremely important to remove yourself from the clam shell. This space offers protection but it is very powerful and can in a way protect and block out even positive experiences. This is used only when you really need the protection and invisibility, it is not meant to be lived in.
    • State: “I intentionally remove myself and my energy field from this clam shell and return to my natural state of resonance and being.”
    • Notice the difference in how you feel before and after adding or removing the clam shell.

Perform this as needed and for certain experiences, < 1-3x/month. *Unless otherwise directed

  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to perform.
  • Remember to remove yourself from the clam shell when you no longer need it.
  • *It is best to practice establishing or installing the clam shell in safe settings until you get comfortable with the technique. Then it is best to perform right before you want the clam shell for about 3 minutes or more, depending on how long it takes for you to feel the clam shell around you.
Tips on when/how to use the clam shell:
  • You may encompass yourself, a group or even an entire space like a car or house.
  • When taking a road trip and wanting protection when driving.
  • You may project a clam shell into an item. Like a parking space or something you wish you wish to protect or hide in some way. *Remember to remove the clam shell when you are complete.
  • You may have to reinforce the clam shell during the actual time in which you want it present, especially if you are new to this type of practice.
  • If you wish to consistently place something in a clam shell it is important to give frequent breaks. This is not to be used indefinitely and may even lose its effectiveness if left too long without being intentionally addressed or reinforced.
