Using blue blocker tinted glasses reduces the intense and system irritating light that you are over exposed to from the many screens you are basically forced to interact with in our modern society. Blue blocker glasses reduce exposure, eye strain, support your natural system regulation and your body’s postural system alignment. 

There are many options to choose from that are cheap on amazon but if they do not provide the research showing exactly the frequency wavelengths they are blocking, they are not good. Be mindful as you shop that some products will block only a small range of blue light or the wrong bands of the blue light frequency, which will leave you vulnerable to the harmful effects whenever exposed to screens, indoor lighting and more.
