10. Subconscious Awareness Self-Reflection

Your mind, mental energy and self-awareness are key to embodying and reclaiming your power and ability to resonate health.

Your mind and mental Energy is your power! In some ways this is what is sought after by potential dark forces. If all your mental energy is focused on what someone else wants you to do or believe, you have little to no energy to listen to the truth within yourself.

Without trust in your own inner wisdom and truth, you may easily be misled and disempowered. The truth is you are everything. You are the magic and you are the light! As you reclaim and harness your mental energy, you gain more clarity and alignment. This includes having awareness of yourself, the state of mind you are in and the energy that is coming into you from your environment.

Within every nanosecond, there are billions of bits of information to take in and process. Every sense organ is doing their job filtering this information to figure out the necessary response to what is going on internally and externally. This is partly how your body regulates itself so you can perform higher level cognitive functioning and appropriately socially interact.

You are only consciously aware of a small percentage of all this information, the rest is filtered through your subconscious where it makes unconscious associations with whatever thoughts, beliefs or patterns exist there. Energy which resonates or matches with you, joins together and amplifies what is there, even if what is there is negative or in fact false.

Your subconscious mind influences your perception of the world and shapes the lenses through which you see and experience your life. It plays a role in the way you act, behave and react to things in life.

This is why 2 people can watch the exact same thing and walk away with 2 completely different responses and opinions of what they watched.

It all depends on the blueprint, the baseline presence of what is there that is helping to write the story, or the narrative of your experiences and life.

Your Subconscious Mind is unique to you and mainly consists of your:

  • Long-term memory
  • Emotions and feelings
  • Beliefs about self, others and the world
  • Habits and patterns
  • Addictions
  • Behaviors
  • Relationship patterns
  • Ancestral and generational influences
  • Involuntary bodily functions
  • Creativity
  • Developmental stages and patterning
  • Spiritual connections
  • Intuition

To understand yourself and who you truly are, clearing out the subconscious of any false or self-liming lenses is imperative. This helps you realize who and what was previously creating your narrative and allows you to reclaim your power to write your own life story.

This means clearing out your subconscious mind of everything that is false, limiting, negative, toxic, not true, etc. Curiously exploring and bringing light to the subconscious is acting with conscious personal mastery and provides experiences that hold profound healing.

Your subconscious mind holds a lot of information and you naturally shift between your conscious and subconscious mind at least 80% of the day without even realizing it. This is when your subconscious is extremely impressionable.

Your body and mind receive from the environment and learn from all that you take in, whether you are consciously aware and listening or not, your body is always listening and responding accordingly. Through all your senses you receive information but it does not always mean it is supportive for you.

What you take in and process is the information and energy that you're feeding yourself. When you are aware of what you take in, it helps you filter the information you take in so you begin to choose the information and energy you consume.

Is the background of your day filled with commercials using words like “diarrhea, indigestion, upset stomach, depression, brain fog, etc?.” Do you frequently hear advertisements telling you how to fix your issues like “falling asleep, headaches, depression, anxiety, for weight loss, etc.”? You may even hear the commercial and respond because you have indeed been  experiencing the list of symptoms it rattles off.

Whether you pay attention to the words or not, the words are sensed and travel into your subconscious where your body listens and responds. Whatever suggestions (like advertisements, commercials, phrases, etc.) you are around or that you hear without consciously checking first go directly into your subconscious.  What you take in without awareness becomes the messages percolating within you leading you to believe it is true for you or about you. This can be highly negative and toxic depending on your environment and  type of sensory input.

One of the most common ways to bring yourself or someone else into the subconscious or hypnotic trance state is through eye fixation. When your eyes are fixed looking at something, whether it is moving or not, you enter this altered state. This is important to know so you understand how to support and protect your subconscious mind.

When you are within your subconscious mind without awareness, you are easily suggestable, or swayed into believing something whether it is true for you or not. When emotions are triggered in an unaware subconscious state your ability to be manipulated and even controlled significantly increases. This can span from something simple like watching a food commercial and then feel compelled to eat that food, or it can be more intense like watching a story online or on the tv that strikes fear within you and causes you to react with a scarcity mindset.

It is important to be aware of what you take in and adapt your environment to align with what is true for you. This energetic alignment allows you to harness your energy and power to create new patterns, habits and ways of choosing to be that are supportive for your greatest good and health.

It’s okay to choose an environment that lifts you up and supports you. It’s okay to choose a healthy environment to clear unnecessary toxic energy. This may be something as simple as paying for advertisement free music or tv, or a bigger change like leaving a toxic job.

Reflect on the prompts below for ~5-20 minutes, for the next 3 days. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 4 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this reflection.

Subconscious Awareness self-reflection prompts:
  • As you bring your awareness to the background sounds, people, environments, energies, etc throughout your day, what are you taking in?
  • What information may be slipping into your subconscious without your awareness?
  • Is the background of your day typically positive or negative?
  • What signs do you walk or drive by? Are they positive or negative?
  • What commercials or advertisements are you hearing or exposed to?
  • What words and language are you hearing? Are the words high or low vibrational?

Clearing out your subconscious of all the false conclusions about yourself, beliefs, thoughts, decisions on how to act, and behave, etc. means looking at why you do what you do and think the way you think, with curiosity and without judgment. Some things you do may no longer be serving you and some may benefit you way more than you realize. This awareness allows you to move and live in alignment with your true self, heal internal conflicts and live the life you want!
