04. Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient movement practice that can be studied at great length to unlock the power of this movement within you.

This movement practice or art form focuses on concentration breathwork with sets of movements and intentions linked to the movement. It can be performed in a passive and active way.

Qi Gong is typically performed standing, sitting or laying down, and has a smaller number of repeated moves. The passive form is very similar to meditation and is performed by concentrating internally to increase energy in different areas of your body, moving energy throughout using your breath and often imagination.

This practice enhances mind body relaxation, emotional regulation, energy management and so much more for your health

If you are new to Qi Gong, try one of these 3 options or use your testing technique to select the one that is best for you right now.
