03. Healing Codes

The healing codes were developed by Dr. Alex Loyd and can be referenced in more detail here. We have adapted our own version based off of Dr. Loyd's technique.

This technique involves harnessing your conscious intentional energy within different energy centers located in your head and throat to facilitate deep multi-dimensional healing.

Every time you perform a healing code will be slightly different. It is optional to perform in front of a mirror.

Instructions:

Step 1: Identify
  • Identify:
    1. The issue you want to address. It can be a physical pain, discomfort, symptom, condition, disease, psychological state, relationship, situation, etc.
    2. The negative emotion(s) you need to release. Refer to the negative emotions chart to determine which emotion(s) needs to be included in this code. You may use your testing technique to identify the specific emotion(s). Usually there are 3.
    3. The positive emotion(s) you need to bring in. Refer to the positive emotions chart to determine which emotion(s) needs to be included in this code. You may use your testing technique to identify the specific emotion(s). Usually there are 3.
Step 2. Create healing space
  • Imagine you are in a circle surrounded by people who love you and are sending you healing energy and love. You may also include any type of spiritual presence you have a connection with.
Step 3. Speak the opening statement
  • Voice out loud the following opening statement once. You may choose between saying God or higher consciousness based on whichever feels most appropriate for you.
    • “I pray/intend that all known and unknown negative images, unhealthy beliefs, destructive cellular memories and all physical, physiological, spiritual, emotional, mental and psychological issues related to: _(your issue)_ would be found, opened and healed by filling me with the sound, light, life and love of God/higher consciousness. I also intend that the effectiveness of this healing be increased to result in the best possible outcome.”
Step 4. Affirmation in 6 locations
  • Affirmation: Repeat the following affirmation filling it in with your identified focus and emotions from step1.
  • Perform for at least 60 sec for each of the six hand positions listed below. This totals 6 min.
    1. “I willingly and completely release myself from all: __(your identified negative emotion(s)__."
    2. "I am filled with: __(your identified positive emotion(s)__."
    3. "I am loved.  I am healthy and well.  I am safe and secure.”

 

6 Hand Positions:

Bring your fingertips together placing them 2-3 inches away from the body locations listed below to create an energy center to facilitate the healing response. If your arms become tired you may prop them up on a table or pillow. Use a stopwatch to guide you to repeat the affirmation for 1 min each in each position.

    1.     Tip of nose
    2.     Ears
    3.     Bridge of nose
    4.     Adam’s apple of throat
    5.     Jaw-back edge
    6.     Temples

 

Perform this 2x/day for 6 days. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • Optionally, you may use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration.
