08. Acts of Compassion Self-Reflection

Never forget the powerful acts of compassion along your healing journey!

Compassion is the soul of love and an essential ingredient for authentic love.

Each act of kindness and compassion you do, whether a smile or full on caregiving to another, is eternally recorded within your heart and helps to positively evolve your soul. This further grows the love within you. Helping, praying, offering a kind word verbally or sending a card are all acts of compassion.

Small acts can be just as powerful as big ones. Your intention is what matters the most where you may expect nothing in return and perform the act purely from a space of compassion.

“Compassion doesn’t die. Once you’ve built it up, it cannot die. It cannot disintegrate and it doesn’t go away. It stays there in your record, in your heart record, which goes along with your soul. It’s part of your soul. As you leave here, it builds and it builds. And when you’re here, it gets stronger and stronger. It doesn’t die. It never goes away. Compassion is indestructible. So build up on it as you go along, take one day at a time.” ~Anthony William the Medical Medium

Reflect on the prompts below for ~15-30 minutes for 2-3 days. *Unless otherwise directed.

  • You don’t have to do or change anything, just remain curious about yourself as you reflect on your relationship with compassion and acts of compassion.
  • Perform this self-reflection again in about 4 weeks to assess your progress and to gather any new information to continue to support you and your greatest good.
  • Optionally, use your testing technique to determine your optimal frequency and duration to use this reflection technique.

Acts of Compassion self-reflection prompts:
  • How do you currently show acts of compassion to yourself, to others and the earth?
  • How do you feel when you exhibit acts of compassion to others, the earth or towards yourself?
  • How do you feel when you receive acts of compassion from others or from yourself?
  • How can you integrate more compassion to yourself, others and the earth?

Use the Acts of Compassion Practice to integrate this in your life.
