Select the squat depth in which you are able to maintain the position for at least 30 seconds, with your heels flat on the ground and easily maintain your normal breathing patterns.
- Poor Score: Squat above 90°, heels may or may not be on the ground
- Fair Score: Squat below a 90° knee angle but unable to keep heels fully on the ground
- Good Score: Squat below 90° degrees and able to keep heels flat on the ground
- Excellent Score: Full squat, resting fully with heels flat on the ground
